Key Responsibilities:
As the Regional Property Director, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring financial goals and operational performance targets are met or exceeded.
• Support and execute the company's strategic objectives related to property management.
• Implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance property performance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise successful management teams to drive results.
• Lead successful lease-ups of new communities while maintaining high occupancy and collection rates.
• Collaborate closely with ownership and senior management to achieve budgetary goals.
• Ensure all properties comply with LIHTC and other affordable housing regulations.

What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will possess:

• 4+ years of experience as a District/Regional Manager supervising multiple properties.
• 5 to 7 years of experience working in affordable housing programs, including LIHTC.
• A proven ability to recruit, develop, and manage high-performing teams.
• A track record of success in lease-ups of new communities and maintaining strong occupancy rates.
• Experience managing budgets and collections with exceptional accuracy.
• A Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation or similar industry credentials (preferred).
• A willingness to travel frequently and bring energy and enthusiasm to the role.
