Regional Operations Manager - Trillium Construction Services

Trillium Services is now hiring for a Regional Manager role based in Long Island.

This individual will oversee 5 regional offices in the North East and help manage all service operations.

This is a direct hire role with salary up to $185k + full benefits.

Our client specializes in underground construction and Tank projects.

Responsibilities

-Oversee and manage all service operations within the region, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with company standards.

-Monitor service performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

-Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

-Provide leadership and mentorship to the service team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

-Evaluate team performance and provide feedback and coaching.

-Develop and manage the regional service budget, ensuring that costs are controlled and revenue is maximized.
