Job Summary:
The Regional Manager at the Accident Centers of Texas is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of healthcare(Chiropractic) facilities. This includes coordinating with doctors, regional managers, HR, and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient facility management. The role demands strategic planning, leadership, and excellent organizational skills to drive operational success and achieve healthcare objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Medical (Chiropractic) Clinics, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Work with HR and Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of various departments, ensuring alignment with the facility's goals and standards.
- Collaborate with DC (Doctors of Chiropractor), Nurse practitioners, Physical Therapist, PTA, administrative staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to clinical and non-clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Work with HR department to manage the recruitment, training, and development of staff
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
- Address staff and patient concerns and complaints, working to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Develop and implement patient satisfaction initiatives to improve the overall patient experience.
- Work with different department to develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial stability and efficiency.
- Monitor clinical expenses, and identify areas for cost reduction
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and innovation in healthcare delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of care.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of healthcare IT systems.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Ensure data security and patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and other regulations.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
- Coordinate with regional managers to align facility operations with regional strategies.
- Represent the facility in meetings, conferences, and professional associations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven 3 years of experience in healthcare operations management, with a strong understanding of multidisciplinary practices and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and data analytics tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Work Environment:
- The role primarily operates in a multidisciplinary practice and on the field traveling to different clinics within DFW area.
- As an Regional manager you will be assigned clinics to monitors so you will not have an office but you will be on rotation to your assigned clinics.
