Quest Group is looking for a District Manager for a rapidly growing Restaurant Franchise. The District Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple restaurant locations within a designated district.
This role requires a strategic leader who can drive operational excellence, ensure high standards of customer service, and achieve financial targets. The District Manager will work closely with restaurant managers and staff to enhance business performance, foster a positive work environment, and implement company policies and procedures effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Oversight:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of each restaurant within the district.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect operations, quality, and customer service.
- Implement best practices for efficient restaurant operations and problem resolution.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage district-level budgets, including labor and food costs.
- Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Drive sales growth and profitability through strategic planning and effective resource allocation.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant managers and staff.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, employee satisfaction, and professional growth.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to managers and staff.
Customer Service:
- Ensure exceptional customer service across all restaurants in the district.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the dining experience.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance with legal and company standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred) - will consider industry experience in lieu of Degree.
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 2 years in a multi-unit management role.
- Previous QSR experience
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and customer service.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Travel within the district is required.
- May involve standing, walking, and working in various restaurant environments.
- Ability to successfully pass background check upon receipt of offer.
- Must be able to handle the physical demands of the role, including lifting and carrying items.
