Experienced Regional Nurse Wanted to Champion Nursing Excellence Across Our Sarasota-Naples Region!

Are you an experienced Regional Nurse passionate about upholding the highest standards of care? We're in search of a dedicated Regional Nurse to lead, mentor, and oversee nursing operations across our facilities in the Vero Beach, Florida region.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

×        Quality Assurance: Regularly review and assess the standards of care across all facilities, ensuring consistent adherence to regulatory and company guidelines.

×        Training & Development: Mentor and coach nursing staff, organize training sessions, and ensure continuous education and development.

×        Operational Oversight: Visit each facility regularly to monitor operations, provide feedback, and assist with complex clinical situations.

×        Policy Implementation: Introduce, implement, and oversee nursing policies and procedures to guarantee best practices.

×        Communication: Serve as the key liaison between facility nursing teams and the company’s upper management, ensuring a smooth flow of information.

×        Resource Management: Assist in staff scheduling, evaluate staffing needs, and oversee the procurement of medical supplies and equipment.

×        Compliance: Stay updated with current nursing practices and healthcare regulations, ensuring each facility meets state and federal requirements.

×        Feedback & Reviews: Conduct performance evaluations, offer constructive feedback, and devise improvement plans for nursing staff.

×        Emergency Response: Act as a primary responder in case of nursing-related emergencies or crises across facilities.

×        Resident Relations: Interact with residents and their families, addressing concerns and ensuring the highest level of resident satisfaction.

Qualifications:

×        Proven experience as a Regional Nurse or similar role.

×        In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices.

×        Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

×        Ability to travel regularly to different facilities.

×        Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
