About the Job
The Regional Marketing Manager is the primary point of contact for directing creative, media, event, CRM and promotional plans to increase share of voice, drive retail traffic resulting in increased sales performance & improved BMW market share while maximizing efficiency and profitability. You will also be the primary point of contact for Center personnel for all marketing materials and programs, of both national and regional origination.
The Regional Marketing Manager will develop integrated marketing plans to drive qualified leads to centers for increased retail sales, market share, for BMW in the US. You will also define Marketing KPIs to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Regional and MACO plans, ensuring objectives are attained, gaps are identified and further opportunity to drive traffic and increase sales are explored. You will also be responsible for the strategic steering of BMW's Tier 3 website support providers in order to improve Tier 3 merchandising and implement digital retailing.
You will oversee Regional and MACO budgets as well as administer and oversee collection and disbursement of funds with BMW NA Finance, the MACOs, and the MACO CPA. You will also collaborate with national marketing department not only on regional creative direction and but regional marketing funds.

The pay range for this role is: $137,520.00 - $175,265.00.
The selected candidate's education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 5-7 years in sales, field experience, marketing, and/or customer service or equivalent work experience
Preferences:
- 1-2 years of marketing experience
- Strong project management, organizational and communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
