Job Summary:The Regional Marketing & Communications Manager for AMER/BAY area will support the Director of Global Marketing Communications and work in close partnership with the Regional Manager of EMEA/APAC.
This role will enable the marketing function in the areas with our greatest density, leading the collaboration with internal stakeholders and managing expectations with client stakeholders.
The role will support the Americas and Bay Area regions and may be remote with regular travel.Job Responsibilities:Develop relationships with our internal stakeholders and their team of performance managers, project managers and coaches in the AMER & BAY regionManage marketing and communications requests from those internal stakeholders, determining the most strategic response in accordance with our annual strategic plan Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement consistent communications across organizationsCollaborate on the development and implementation of all consumer-focused communications and production of those assets Manage all marketing services offered by this internal team, including website maintenance, newsletter content development, asset requests, regional promotional campaigns, email engagement campaigns, documentation creation to educate and enable internal teams to find and properly leverage the best marketing assetsContribute to and provide input towards larger marketing initiatives and campaign developmentAlign regional campaigns with our global marketing initiativesContribute to strategic planning, development and delivery of an integrated marketing strategy and communications plan Take initiative to plan, organize, coordinate and perform work in situations where numerous and diverse demands are involved Roll with the “punches”.

Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
