Job Description:
As a Regional Manager, you will drive operational excellence and inspire success across 4–7 high-performing stores. This pivotal leadership role ensures seamless operations by managing staffing, training, financial performance (P&L), safety compliance, brand consistency, and strategic growth initiatives, including store openings. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building high-performing teams, and is passionate about creating a culture of accountability and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development:
Ensure stores are fully staffed with skilled and motivated Managers & team members.
Conduct quarterly evaluations to identify opportunities for growth and reward performance.
Lead engaging weekly meetings to align teams with company objectives and foster collaboration.
Operational Performance:
Ensure monthly inventories are accurate and P&L goals are met through strategic oversight.
Execute company initiatives, rollouts, and promotions flawlessly across all locations.
Oversee compliance with safety, sanitation, and labor regulations to maintain operational integrity.
Strategic Growth:
Provide hands-on leadership during store openings, ensuring training and execution are on point.
Identify operational challenges and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Culture Building:
Create a results-driven, positive culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and exceptional service.
Inspire teams by modeling excellent communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
Facilities & Maintenance:
Monitor repair and maintenance needs, making cost-effective decisions to support store operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite.
Adept at problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of multi-unit management experience.
