Regional Manager (Sales) - Medical Devices - Great Lakes area (IL, IN, MI)

Successful and stable Medical Device company is looking for a Regional Manager with strong Medical Device sales experience and a strong network of Medical Device distributors reps on their side.

My client has an excellent opportunity for a Great Lakes area (IL, IN, MI) Regional Manager
My client manufactures and distributes medical equipment to provide home therapy to patients with various conditions.


This position will oversee Regional sales management efforts, including:
• Hiring distributors with existing relationships
• Training and onboarding all distributors with support from our marketing team
• Providing corporate presence at trade shows as needed
• Managing ongoing and upcoming clinical studies with physicians
• Manage patient, customer and company data within Salesforce.com

Job Requirements
• Relationships with potential distributors experienced in applicable market required
• Previous healthcare, medical device, and/or patient interaction experience required
• 5+ years in a Regional Sales Manager or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree or MBA preferred
• Previous experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM solution preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Frequent travel is required for this role
