Working closely with your Sales Representatives, you will strategically plan and direct selling activities to drive their success. You will be instrumental in hiring, training, and developing top-tier talent, ensuring they are equipped to excel. Partnering with the Director of Sales, you will develop and execute strategies to maximize regional sales opportunities and consistently exceed sales targets. Conduct quarterly sales training sessions and individual performance reviews. + **Performance Monitoring:** Review and analyze sales data and commission reports. Manage the target pipeline lists and ensure alignment with sales goals. + **Strategic Communication:** Establish monthly meetings with the Area VP Sales to discuss regional goals and status. Initiate strategic communication with Sales leadership. + **Reporting:** Submit quarterly reports to the Area VP Sales. Regularly communicate with Marketing Directors and Corporate Accounts on strategic selling situations. + **Team Environment:** Foster a healthy competitive team environment and be involved in top Target Accounts and competitive situations. + **Accessibility:** Be accessible to provide daily troubleshooting and strategic discussions with sales team members. Conduct individual meetings for updates and support. + Reinforce Stryker Corporate Sales philosophy and culture statement **Experience & Skills Required** + **Education:** Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required. + **Experience:** Minimum of 7 years in sales with a proven history of success. + **Knowledge:** Demonstrated expertise in sales field concepts, practices, and procedures. + **Skills:** Strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in developing and implementing sales programs. + **Leadership:** Proven experience in formal leadership roles or in leading teams and projects in various settings strongly preferred.
