ARDENT’s Regional Operations Supervisor hold a key leadership position, and are responsible for aligning field operations and team performance with our mission of "Professionalizing The Security & Protection Industry." 

Salary: $42, 000 - $48,000 plus bonus

Bonus: We offer performance bonuses annually. These bonuses are directly tied to the total number of man-hours you oversee in your designated region. This structure is specifically engineered to incentivize not just accountability and performance, but also to encourage an entrepreneurial mindset. The more effectively you manage client accounts, the greater your earning potential through our bonus system.
