About the Role:
This position as Regional Manager, contributes to 7 Leaves' success by leading and developing a team of District Managers, Store Managers, and operation specialists to prioritize exceptional customer service. The Regional Operations Manager will manage both existing and new corporate locations across multiple states, ensuring growth in annual sales targets and budgets for cup and baked good sales. They will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the organization runs efficiently and effectively. This role embodies and promotes 7 Leaves' Core Values.
Salary Range: $95-$105K/year

Location: 80% Traveling in the field between our stores in OC, LA, IE (Southern California Locations), and Arizona. 20% In Office.
Primary Responsibilities
- Champion a customer-first culture by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Monitor customer feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Implement and monitor operational policies to optimize efficiency and performance.
- Maintain adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards across all locations.
- Ensure consistent product quality and presentation.
- Lead and mentor District Managers to achieve operational excellence.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and open communication.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and manage regional budgets and financial plans.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with senior management on regional growth strategies.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for expansion.
- Lead new store openings and ensure seamless integration.
- Promote and participate in community events to enhance brand visibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders.
- Communicate and train teams on policy changes within the organization.
- Create and manage execution of strategic and operational plans.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop regional marketing strategies.
- Partner with Human Resources to recruit and train high-performing staff.
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain team for timely product deliveries.
- Collaborate with the Finance department to manage expenses.
- Liaise with the Training and Development team to address staff training needs.
- Engage with the IT department to maintain store technology systems.
- Work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Other areas of responsibility as assigned
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field. (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-unit operations management, in the food and beverage industry. (required)
- Experience in developing Key Performance Indicators for the team AND creating strategies to meet those expectations
- Experience in team development (nurturing people and talent)
- Experience in building and leading field teams (5 years)
- Experience in financial management. Financial management skills, including analysis of profit and loss and return on investment (5 years)
- Proven track record of achieving operational excellence and financial performance targets.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with POS systems.
- Availability to travel within the region and out of state as required.
