Regional Manager, Case Management

Our client has nursing and a small specialty of Case Management

Manage 15 nurses for primary location, and 1 or 2 each for the other 3 hospitals.

The primary would be on all nurses at all sites.

We have leads at all 4 sites which this role will oversee.

The nursing mgr role is really for coaching and working collaboratively with social workers and CMC's.

Report to Dir of Regional Operations

Need someone that has done write ups, coaching, and enjoy being a supervisor. Minimum supervisor experience.

Someone that can multi-site between 4 sites.
