About the Job
Hiring Immediately for an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager for an Irvine based company to support a Property Management Company. Must have 5+ years experience as a maintenance supervisor or lead role, experience in roving maintenance, familiarity with residential property management, handle their own work orders for about two days a week.
Other 2 properties in LA and Inland Empire, will need to commute to properties once a week so looking for someone with experence managing multiple properties.
Salary $75,000.00 annually - max pay range

What you will be doing?
- Guide and manage 10 direct reports (timecard management, scheduling, performance reviews, training, etc)
- Review and update policies and procedures. Ensure they are being followed for safety and regulatory company guidelines
- Monitor and quality check of maintenance activities for work orders, preventative maintenance, and repairs
- Perform routine work orders 40% of the time
Qualifications of the role:
- 5+ years of experience in Property Management - Maintenance or a related field
- Proficiency in AppFolio, or similar Property Management Software, and Microsoft Office 365
- Proven Great leadership and organizational skills
- Clean driving record
