**Primary Purpose**
The General Manager is a dynamic leadership role responsible for overseeing, optimizing, and growing USS business in the assigned geography. This role will have full Profit and Loss (P&L) accountability and will spearhead both sales and operational requirements to achieve growth and profitability goals. This collaborative position works with Regional Vice Presidents, Operations Managers/Supervisors, and sales leaders to achieve overall growth targets, with full P & L accountability. The ideal candidate will be a forward thinker who can navigate various challenges and changes within the organization.
**Essential Functions**
+ Lead an exceptional team of high-performing operations and sales professionals, strategically guiding them to surpass targets and excel within the designated geography.
+ Create a strategic plan focused on maximizing growth and productivity in line with the overall growth strategy of USS.
+ Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships.
+ Adhere to USS standards for excellence, quality, and customer satisfaction.
+ Provide leadership, training, and development to the team.
+ Supervise daily activities, allocate performance objectives, and verify their achievement
+ Manage and coordinate sales and operational activity for assigned locations.
+ Recommend measures to improve operational practices and the quality of customer care.
+ Work with various departments to resolve customer service issues.
+ Analyze and report on sales and operational activities to meet objectives and profitability goals.
+ Collaborate with the Regional Senior Vice President to develop and implement standard practices and efficiency recommendations.
+ Ensure DOT compliance.
+ Supervise the administration of the company's safety program.
+ Spearhead employee development initiatives and conduct regular performance reviews, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
+ Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and safety-centric work environment characterized by mutual respect, open communication, and collaboration.
+ Undertake any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and versatility in addressing evolving organizational needs and priorities.

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.

$125,000.00 - $250,000.00 / year
