Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of partnership managers or account executives.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in school districts.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our programs to stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program implementation.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, business development, or education.
• Strong understanding of the K-12 education landscape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Ability to travel frequently.
