Regional Director of Operations  

Basic Function 

As a Regional Director of Operations (RDO) for Aliya Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to connect with, and positively impact the lives of, our residents daily! You will work with the Operations team of Aliya Healthcare in a role that primarily includes providing support and supervision for the day-to-day ongoing operations of Aliya Healthcare facilities. As an RDO you will be responsible for monitoring revenue, facility census, and staff efficiency, as well as the implementation and oversight of new directives for growth in your assigned region. 

Essential Duties 

1. As a Regional Director of Operations (RDO) for Aliya Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to connect with, and positively impact the lives of, our residents daily! 

1. You will work with the Operations team of Aliya Healthcare in a role that primarily includes providing support and supervision for the day-to-day ongoing operations ofthe Aliya Healthcare Facilities 

1. As an RDO you will be responsible for monitoring revenue, facility census, and staff efficiency, as well as the implementation and oversight of new directives for growth in your assigned region 

1. As an RDO, you will impact the lives of our residents by – 

1. Assist the Administrators in assigned region development of their management teams, including assistance with interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching/counseling 

1. Support Administrators, Marketing, and Business Development team in efforts to build facility census, retain existing residents and promote to the public the communities in the assigned region 

1. Demonstrates competence in regulatory compliance and ensures that each facilityremains in compliance with all regulatory agencies 

1. Perform all communication and support necessary to sustain adherence to budgets at each assigned facilities and communicate identified strategies to the Divisional Director of Operations 

1. Coordinate the planning and implementation of the Pre-Opening process for each assigned facility, including assistance to the Administrator in preparing and maintaining the Pre-Opening Checklist, as well as supervising the completion of selected Pre-Opening tasks and department-specific pre-opening checklists 

1. Conduct routine Operations Reviews for each assigned facility, and coordinate fulfillment of any special needs with other specialized Aliya Healthcare staff (e.g., accounting, health services, etc.) 

1. Develop and/or coordinate new hire orientation and ongoing training and new directives, in conjunction with the Corporate Director of Human Resources, for assigned facilities in relation to person-directed care, life enrichment practices, and quality assurance in accordance with Federal, State, and Local regulations 

1. Develop and implement Administrator orientation for each new Administrator within the communities you oversee 

1. Provide leadership in such a manner that represents key servant leadership principles, including effective listening, empathy, awareness, and persuasiveness 

1. Coordinate efforts to provide support services to assigned communities
