ICM, Inc. is looking for an experienced “leader of people” to work as a Regional Coordinator in our Northwest AR region. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead a team of 50+ Direct Support Professionals in providing support to individuals with developmental disabilities, and ensuring our ICM customers receive coordinated, quality care in the home and community of their choice.

This person will also provide managerial guidance while leading the team in performing daily tasks and upholding ICM’s mission. The Regional Coordinator must have the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address them, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality in a HIPAA sensitive environment. 

Our ideal candidate must have:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to manage priorities while achieving results
• Highly organized 
• Technological savvy – Microsoft Office and other platforms
• Flexibility to work rotating on-call schedule
• Ability to pass a drug screen and Criminal, Adult and Child background check

Preferred qualifications include:

• Prior supervisory experience
• Strong business writing skills
• Experience working for a non-profit
• Experience working in a waiver environment
• Passion for improving the lives of people with developmental disabilities
