Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 per year
A bit about us:
This position will provide financial leadership and support to managed communities. Job duties include preparation and analysis of month-end financials with executive communication of operating results, trends, variances, annual budgets, support annual audits, monitor loan covenants and compliance and general ad hoc functions to assure accounting integrity at our supported communities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will provide financial leadership and support to managed communities. Job duties include preparation and analysis of month-end financials with executive communication of operating results, trends, variances, annual budgets, support annual audits, monitor loan covenants and compliance and general ad hoc functions to assure accounting integrity at Certus Living supported communities.
FUNCTIONS:
1. Prepare monthly operating financial statements, variance analysis, and cash flow and operating forecasts.
2. Provide executive summary report to stakeholders, summarizing monthly operating results and initiatives to improve financial performance.
3. Prepare annual budgets.
4. Support annual audit, cost report, and tax return preparation.
5. Support accounts payable and payroll functions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
6. Support financial software implementation for new clients.
7. Analyze all aspects of financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
8. Communicate and collaborate with departmental leaders and key stakeholders to stay abreast of spending, budgeting, reports, and evaluation.
9. Work closely with lender finance teams where necessary to ensure strong collaboration on all aspects pertaining to financial services
10. Perform other duties as required.

· Ability to work effectively with different levels of personnel.
