Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and distribute all financial reports to ensure alignment with GAAP and company standards.
- Operational Support: Act as a financial advisor to hotel management, reviewing monthly P&L statements, managing cash forecasts, and ensuring adequate working capital.
- Team Development & Compliance: Oversee, train, and coach hotel accounting teams, fostering efficient processes, accurate reporting, and compliance with tax and operational requirements.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in hospitality finance, ideally in a corporate or regional role with a track record of managing financial operations for multiple properties.
- Proficiency with Sage Intacct, Profit Sword Suite, and/or Hotel Effectiveness and strong skills in Microsoft Office.
- Solid knowledge of financial statement preparation, GAAP, payroll, accounts payable, and income audit systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for training, coaching, and managing hotel accounting teams.
