About the Job
- Four-year Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering
- Basic financial training.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word software.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, division personnel and outside vendors.
- Prepare requisitions for major equipment, fixtures and supply items.
- Prepare specifications adequate for bidding the installation of remodels by appropriate contractors, receive proposals and award contracts.
- Schedule and monitor project progress, so as to complete projects on time and within capital budget.
- Ensure that proper documentation occurs throughout the projects.
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local Regulations pertaining to construction projects.
- Ensure lowest possible cost for any changes after plans have been finalized.
