Position Details:
The Clinical Excellence Representative is an integral member of the MedElite team. They act as a direct liaison between our organizational staff and our team members who are in the field by providing support in the form of onboarding new employees, coordinating team introductions, and field reporting. A successful candidate is an experienced member of the medical community, who is familiar with the challenges of those who provide support to geriatric care facilities. The Clinical Excellence Representatives must have excellent communication skills, and enjoy partnering with care staff while maintaining a high level of patience.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the connection between providers and collaborating physicians by:
- Ensuring regular contact and communication by being available for providers to as a direct point of contact.
- Addressing clinically related queries and patient care issues.
- Overseeing providers through auditing 5 percent of produced clinical records and providing quarterly feedback on the quality of their production.
- Ensure adherence to state-specific collaboration rules by monitoring provider adherence to collaboration rules and ensuring state standards are assessed and implemented into the provider's workflow prior to the provider's attendance at the facility.
- Ensuring collaborating physicians are physically present on the first day of Orientation for new providers to guide the provider as to the operations of the facility and provide key contacts such as the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, collegial NPs, and PAs, and other key points of contact at the assigned facility.
- Introducing and familiarizing providers with assigned facilities.
- Being present on the provider's first day or coordinating with the Clinical Business Development Representative to ensure that the provider is accompanied and appropriately acquainted with the facility and its key operational contacts.
- Reviewing the provider's role and workflow expectations with facilities during the onboarding period.
Qualifications:
- 1 year+ experience in a Long-Term care environment
- Registered Professional Nurse or Advanced Nurse Practice
- Long Term Care Administrative experience
- Experience running medical board meetings
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable with traveling for work

Salary Range: $110,000 - $135,000
