Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging clinical instruction in a variety of healthcare settings, aligned with curriculum objectives for CNA's and Certified Medication Adeis.
• Supervise and evaluate student performance in the clinical environment, providing constructive feedback to ensure their growth.
• Collaborate with faculty and healthcare professionals to create a dynamic and supportive learning environment.
• Maintain a strong understanding of current nursing practices and ensure course content reflects advancements in the field.
• Participate in curriculum development and program evaluation.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred, Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Current and active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in your area of expertise.
• Prior teaching experience in a clinical or academic setting is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
