Location: Delaware (On-site with travel between three locations)

We are currently looking for a Regional Business Office Manager (BOM) to oversee financial operations at our three facilities in Delaware. This role is on-site, and you’ll travel between the locations, so being centrally located is ideal!

Here’s what the job looks like:

• You’ll manage billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Keeping things organized and compliant will be your bread and butter.
• We need someone who’s confident handling Delaware-specific Medicare and Medicaid processes.
• You’ll be the go-to for residents and their families when it comes to financial questions and billing.
• Staying on top of records and making sure everything’s ready for audits is a key part of the role.
• You’ll be part of the management team, working together to meet goals and keep operations running smoothly.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 2 years of experience in a nursing home business office role.
• Someone organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with Medicare/Medicaid processes.
• A great communicator who’s comfortable traveling between locations.
