Role Overview:
As the Regional Manager, Advisory Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in developing and expanding our advisory business within designated territories, including Northern California, Seattle, and Salt Lake City. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to attract and engage advisors
- Driving growth in assets under management, net new assets, and advisor headcount
- Serving as a valuable resource to advisors transitioning to fee-based advisory models by providing consultation and education
- Participating in industry conferences and presentations to further our business objectives
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients and key influencers within broker-dealer networks
What You Will Do:
- Implement a strategic sales approach to exceed territory sales goals
- Manage territory effectively with a methodical and organized approach
- Support advisors in understanding and embracing fee-based advisory models
- Attend national and industry conferences to stay updated and contribute to business objectives
- Act as a solutions-oriented partner to advisors, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
What You Need to Have:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- FINRA Series 7 License
- 3-5 years of experience in brokerage sales, with a focus on advisory fee-based platforms
- Proven track record in wholesaling fee-based advisory services
- Strong understanding of the investment industry, particularly in the RIA fee-based/advisory business
- Ability to travel extensively (approximately 95% of the time)

- Motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
- Ethical standards and ability to build trust

Benefits and Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, along with a performance-based variable compensation package. Additionally, we provide benefits such as 401(k), health insurance, and life insurance.
Location and Schedule:
This is a full-time remote position based in San Diego, CA. The weekly schedule is Monday to Friday.
