JOB SUMMARY
Our dynamic Ethos team is seeking a full-timeRegional Account Manager to service our Western Regional Territory who will play a pivotal role in driving Ethos's growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships, specifically within the medical management sector (nurse case management, IME, utilization review, and medical bill review). This individual will leverage their consultative sales skills to present Ethos' suite of medical management solutions, guide clients through the sales process, and ensure seamless service delivery. Ideal for candidates located in a state within the Western Region such as WA, OR, MT, ID, WY, CA, NV, UT, CO!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct 2-3 client meetings per week (50% virtual, 50% in-person), including up to 25% local travel and occasional overnight travel (2-3 trips per quarter).
- Maintain and grow an existing book of business in assigned territory.
- Make daily outreach contacts via phone, email, or other communication channels to drive engagement.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
- Prepare impactful proposals tailored to medical management clients, highlighting Ethos' value proposition.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all sales activities in Salesforce CRM.
- Represent Ethos at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate client onboarding, ensure seamless handoffs, and drive satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Experience:
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience within the nurse case management, IME, utilization review, and medical bill review (required).
- Familiarity with the insurance and investigative services is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence clients.
- Detail-oriented with outstanding problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Self-motivated and capable of managing the sales process autonomously.
