About the Position: 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Account Executive who wants to transform the way the property management industry approaches leasing photos. As an early member of this Sales team, you'll play a key role in helping to shape our approach to sales in a new market for our company. 

You'll be in the field, working with property managers to elevate their portfolio through a high-quality, automated leasing photo process. You'll have the opportunity to become a valued member of this industry, creating genuine relationships and guiding potential clients through PlanOmatic's products and services, such as photos, floor plans, and 3D - automated, from start to finish. 

The right person for this role is willing & excited to work hard and, as a result, make great money. 

This is a field sales opportunity based out of a personal home office with a minimum of 50% travel around the Central Region required. Ideal candidate would reside in Texas. 

Reports to: Co-Founder & Revenue Leader  

What this role entails & what we are looking for:

• Sales Experience - You have a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience selling to a wide range of clients. You have proven experience as a top performer, hitting and exceeding your quotas, demonstrating a sharp sales acumen and impeccable communication skills. Previous experience with PropTech and/or Property Management Companies is a plus. Experience leveraging a CRM such as Hubspot is preferred. 
• Face-to-face selling - You'll meet these property managers where they are at. Visit potential clients and attend regional, state, and national events in the industry. Expected travel for this role is 50%, minimum.
• Prospecting & Lead Generation - You'll generate lists of potential clients and manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to close.
• Product Knowledge - Act as a subject matter expert in PlanOmatic's products and services, staying up to speed on new product & feature rollouts. Educate potential clients on the value and impact that PlanOmatic can have on their business. New Business - You'll be selling in the field and conducting demos that show the value of our products and services. You'll be focused on closing new business, hitting and exceeding your quota.
• Sales Operations - Leverage Hubspot and Outreach, and other sales tools to manage all sales activities.
• Relationship Building - We Create Genuine Relationships. Not only do we want to sell our product to property managers, we want to build relationships with them. The better we understand the people within our industry, the better we can develop our product to meet their needs.
• Cross-functional Collaboration - Together We Win. You'll work closely with internal partners such as Client Success, Operations, Marketing, and Product to sharpen our sales approach and grow our client base.
• Client Centricity - You're an advocate for the client. You'll capture feedback, observe, and understand how our industry can leverage PlanOmatic. Act as a voice of the client internally, identifying areas of improvement and communicating feedback to teams.
• Self-Accountable - You're self motivated and self accountable, thriving in an autonomous environment. You demonstrate tenacity and resilience, able to bounce back after any setback.
• Innovation & Workflow Automation - The concept of making processes more streamlined is something you're used to. If you see that something can improve, you advocate for it.

You exemplify and champion the habit of consistent tracking, analyzing, and leveraging of key performance indicators to keep your new business efforts operating smoothly and provide cross-functional partners with visibility into the sales pipeline.

• 30-minute call with Head of People 
• 1-hour interview with Co-Founder & Revenue Leader and Head of People
• 1-hour demo with Founder & Revenue Leader, CEO, and Director of Client Success
• First half - Demo
• Second half - Q&A 

Compensation

The annual starting salary for this position falls between $65,000 - $75,000 with starting OTE falling around $110,000 - $150,000 with the open opportunity to overachieve. Final offer amounts are commensurate with prior experience, leveling, your specific skill set and may vary from the amount above
