CSI Coker Service Inc. is seeking a highly experienced HVAC Service Technician to become an HVAC Service Trainer and Remote Troubleshooter for inexperienced service technicians. This is not a remote position, need to live within a commutable distance.

We are a 40 year-old, impressive, state-of-the-art teaching and service facility for developing refrigeration technicians.

What we offer:
Pay: $50,000 minimum (negotiable upon interview) + Benefits.

The Refrigeration Service Trainer & Remote Troubleshooter position is a full-time position and prefers local candidates.

Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for supporting less experienced technicians through on site teaching, remote phone and video technology.
- Is knowledgeable of and adheres to all institutional, educational policies and procedures.
- Maintain technician service call records and participate in technician training and ongoing development.
- Own the primary responsibility of aiding our technicians in the achievement of our company goal (i.e. to give our valued customers a consistent value-added approach) while delivering a Customer First experience.
Successful candidates will have the following requirements:
- Minimum 7 years' experience working in HVAC/Refrigeration industry.
- Minimum 5 years' experience working as a Service Technician.
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency with installation and repair on all types of residential and light commercial heating and refrigeration.
- Universal EPA 608 required.
- Preferred one NATE certification, HVAC Excellence certification, LEED Certification, RSES Certification, and/or HVAC technical trades school diploma with continuing educational classes.
- Solid foundation of Superheat & Sub-cooling, thermodynamics, electrical, ohms law, and electromechanics.
