Refrigeration Technician at ABR Employment Services

ABR is recruiting a Refrigeration Technician in Fairwater, Wisconsin. This is DIRECT HIRE. The salary for this role depends on experience plus a full benefits package.

Base salary
$25/Hour - $35/Hour (USD)

Your daily role
You'll invest the majority of your time in: 

• Assist with operating the facility engine room. 
• Dismantle, lay out, change, or erect refrigeration machinery or equipment.
• Maintain proper and legible records of the operating system.
• Make minor repairs to refrigeration equipment during operation.
• Anticipate and troubleshoot routine maintenance refrigeration system problems.
• Make some electrical repairs as needed.
• Properly lubricate machinery
• Maintain good housekeeping
• Must work in a safe manner and use protective guards and proper PPE.
• Must obey all warning tags and signs when working.
• Help to produce the highest quality of finished product
• Adhere to all company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Demonstrate a personal commitment to safety.
• Report any food safety, health & safety, and quality issues and initiate action, as necessary.

Your profile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ammonia refrigeration certificate
• Electronic certificate
• Two (2) years of progressive experience in operating an industrial engine room with anhydrous ammonia
