Refrigeration Appliance Repair Service Technician - Select Environmental Systems

We are currently looking to hire a highly skilled and experienced Refrigeration, Ice Machine, FBD, HVAC Repair Service Technician to join our team. They will perform all repairs and installations for our customers’ refrigeration needs. Responsibilities include diagnosing, testing and repairing refrigeration and hvac equipment as needed based on the needs of their customers. Ultimately, you will work directly with customers to ensure their refrigeration equipment runs properly.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, knowledgeable and quality repairs of customers’ appliances
• Maintain high-quality customer service and care
• Look for ways to improve business performance and enhance the customer experience
• Communicate benefits of the Value Added Services Process to the customer
• Follow the truck maintenance schedule and keep a clean, organized truck

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Repair Service Technician or similar role
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license for the area in which you are applying
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
