GLOBAL OPS is a U.S. based security services company with 250 employees, seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The right candidate must be energetic, highly organized, have a positive attitude, be a great communicator, and has writing and computer skills, as well as familiarity with applicant tracking systems. The ideal candidate will have recruiting experience and be a self-starter.
The Recruitment Specialist, reporting to the HR Manager, will oversee and manage the recruitment pipeline, ensuring compliance with employment laws. This position involves coordinating with a team of HR, Scheduling, and Recruitment staff.
Key responsibilities:
1. Recruiting:
- Evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
- Utilize an Applicant Tracking System
- Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Answering all internal and external inquiries, maintaining employee files, scheduling meetings and interviews, documentation
- Assist with the evaluation and modernization of current recruitment functions and structures, creating a plan for enhancement and efficiency aligned with the Company's goals.
- Direct and evaluate the Company’s recruitment efforts and strategy, overseeing labor relations, employee contract negotiations, and administrative filings.
- Assist with the identification, selection, and interview process of quality candidates
2. Occasional Monitoring:
● Track employee attendance and punctuality.
● Verify that all employees arrive on time for their shifts.
● Address and find coverage for any callouts or last-minute absences.
● Maintain accurate records of attendance and shift changes.
3. Occasional Verifications:
● Ensure that all scheduled shifts are completed as planned.
● Modify schedules as necessary, following company protocols.
● Conduct post-shift verifications to confirm attendance and work completion.
● Prepare and maintain reports on scheduling and attendance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 or more years of recruitment experience, demonstrating leadership and growth. (preferred)
- Familiar with employee and labor relations.
- Highly organized and adept at managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with Google Office and workplace software tools (preferred).
- Experience working with relevant ATS systems for recruitment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly in urgent situations

Compensation:
$45,000-$55,000 per year
