Haley Marketing is looking for a Job Advertising Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will work directly with our clients to develop and optimize job advertising strategies using programmatic software platforms. In addition, you will also implement social recruiting and employment branding strategies.

Key responsibilities:
- Analyze data from pay-per-click spend on job boards.
- Design campaigns to deliver applications from job candidates to staffing agencies.
- Optimize campaign strategies by applying rules to prevent runaway spend and to stimulate slow-moving advertisements.
- Create reports to share the awesome results we are producing!
- Use your knowledge to consult with clients on making the best data-driven decisions that help reach their business goals.
- Look for new tactics and suggest tactics for the continued development of our recruitment marketing services.
- Assist with other projects as needed.
What we require:
- EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent work experience.
- EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of work in recruitment marketing or performance marketing.
- INTELLIGENCE: Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex recruitment marketing challenges.
- RESPONSIBILITY: Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects.
- CARING: Track record of building strong client relationships.
- COMMUNICATION: Excellent ability to convey complex ideas and strategies.
- TECH SKILLS: Highly competent with Excel and data analysis.
BONUS CREDIT!
Experience with AppCast or other programmatic job advertising software. Experience working in talent acquisition—and even better, the staffing industry.
