This role combines marketing expertise with recruitment strategies and administrative duties to build a strong employer brand, promote job openings, and engage with potential candidates. Job Details
The Recruitment Marketing Administrator is responsible for creating and implementing innovative marketing strategies that attract top talent to the organization. This role combines marketing expertise with recruitment strategies and administrative duties to build a strong employer brand, promote job openings, and engage with potential candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, content creation, employer branding, administrative responsibilities and recruitment processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment marketing strategies
- Set up and manage all Facebook advertising for our recruiting team
- Use KPI's and metrics to tell a story, use analytics to see trends in recruitment, how we can improve
- Handle ordering and invoicing for recruitment marketing packages and subscriptions.
- Create a Monthly Recruiting TA Newsletter
- Create graphic creations in photoshop or Canva
- Manage the online store for all our recruitment events including company swag, table clothes, bags, etc.
- Handle all print ads and all the print brochures for recruiting and flyers as needed for our different branches
- Assist with the onboarding process by ordering business cards or clothing for new employees
- Handle all invoice tracking and sponsorship tracking for our HR & TA team
- Work with vendors on submitting artwork for print magazines
- Set up events and responsible for booking hotel rooms, booth design, sourcing company merchandise, etc
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications or HR
- At least 5 years experience
- Needs to be extremely organized, defiled oriented, and able to work independently
