About the Job
Maximus is currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Clinical Services Talent Acquisition team! The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for managing recruitment operations in partnership with our vendors and agencies and will support our contingent hiring needs. The Recruiting Coordinator will build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. This role requires the ability to successfully thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
This is a full-time, fully remote position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Screen large volumes of internal and external applicant resumes.
- Conduct phone screenings, virtual or onsite interviews.
- Source candidates for open positions using tools and networks available.
- Schedule interviews for hiring teams.
- Apply knowledge of employment laws, company policies and procedures, and client requirements during recruiting process.
- Assist with developing recruitment materials.
- Utilize Smartsheet's to efficiently handle and track candidate submissions.
- Communicate with vendors regarding applicant submissions as needed.
- Analyze metrics to identify trends and determine if any actions are necessary
- Partner with HR, vendors, and hiring managers to schedule new hire start dates.
- Provide support to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare weekly metric reports on vacancies and vendor performance.
- Assist with special projects and manage the coordination of contingent processes.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- 0-2 years of experience required.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced role
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Ability to work independently
Preferred Skills:
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- 1+ years experience working in a recruitment role.
- 1+ years of experience working with Smartsheets
- 1+ years of experience using recruitment platforms
Home Office Requirements

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
