**Program Overview:**
HireIO is offering a **Recruitment Consultant Trainee Program** for 6 highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals who are eager to jumpstart their career in recruitment. During this program, you will receive comprehensive training on full-cycle recruitment processes, client engagement, and sourcing techniques. Those who meet the evaluation criteria will be converted into full-time employees. Consultant trainees enjoy all company insurance benefits except for 401k, with 401k contributions starting upon conversion to full-time.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Client Interaction:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs, organizational culture, and hiring demands.
- Analyze job requirements and match them with candidate profiles through detailed discussions with clients.
- Provide clients with relevant and detailed candidate profiles and expert recommendations.
**Candidate Sourcing:**
- Use various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and cold calling, to find potential candidates.
- Identify passive candidates through advanced search methods, market mapping, and recruitment strategies.
**Candidate Screening:**
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to understand candidates' skills, qualifications, and career goals.
- Maintain an active pipeline of suitable candidates for various client requirements.
**Labor Market Analysis:**
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging skill sets, particularly within the tech sector.
- Support senior consultants in conducting labor market research and talent pool analysis.
- Use insights to guide and align client and candidate expectations.
**Coordination and Consultation:**
- Manage interview scheduling, feedback sessions, and communication between candidates and clients.
- Provide candidates with guidance throughout the interview process, including consultation and preparation tips.
**Database Management:**
- Regularly update candidate records and job postings in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with all data protection regulations.
**Qualifications & Skills:**
- A minimum of 3 years of experience or strong interest in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Passion for recruitment and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

Requirements
- Degree/ ongoing Bachelor/Master's degree - Any
- Has 1-3 years previous experience or interest in recruiting and the technology industry
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Have a hunger and natural thirst to be successful, to be the best, and motivated
- Have a passion or interest in communicating with others
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Have a high level of comfort and confidence in communicating with engineers, managers, executives
- Enjoy writing and have strong writing skills; we're not looking for a novelist, just someone who can write professional emails and feels comfortable writing catchy ads
- Have the ability to multitask and prioritize your work
