Salary $45000 with performance based commission up to 30% of the deal!

About the Role: As a Sales Recruiter, you’ll be a 360 recruiter managing client expectations and sourcing candidates within specialist data analytics roles. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, understanding their needs, and matching top talent with the best job opportunities.

- Developing and nurturing relationships with both clients and candidates
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for key roles
- Identifying business opportunities and growing your client base
- Using your sales skills to negotiate and close deals
- Continuously developing your expertise in recruitment and the industries we serve
- Providing solutions to problems that arise under pressure
- Managing your time between client and candidate work

- Previous commercial sales experience (recruitment experience is a plus, but not essential)

The role:
This is a full 360 recruitment consultant role where you will be responsible for managing the end to end cycle from sourcing jobs and sourcing candidates.
- The job involves business development, building relationships with clients, outbound emails and calling as well as nurturing existing client relations. As this is a sales career expect to be working in an environment that is very target-driven; you'll be competing with your co-workers to meet and exceed targets.
- You’ll be working towards KPIs and targets to generate revenue for yourself!
- 50% of the role is chasing leads, reaching out to hiring managers and clients who could be hiring and understanding their pain points to then sell Harnham’s talent solutions.
- The other 50% of the role is focused on candidate sourcing and managing the interview processes
