Recruitment Assistant - iCare Health Network

Responsibilities 

·         Responsible for completing background check screenings in accordance with company policy, including ABCMS, Research Services and OIG searches.

·         Collect employee application packages and accurately screen for completeness of all required documents.

·         Ensure compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification.

·         Create new hire personnel files, ensuring all required documentation is completed and collected.

·         Responsible for data entering candidate activity in the applicant tracking system.

·         Assist with centralized new hire orientation.

  *In person attendance in the office is an essential job function of this position

Qualifications

·         At least one years of experience working in the recruitment field, preferred.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office, required.

·         Exceptional customer service skills, both in person and over the phone, required.

·         Ability to maintain effective working relationships with company managers and staff, required.

·         Experience with recruiting in the health care industry preferred, but not required.

·         Experience using an Applicant Tracking System and social media for recruitment preferred, but not required.

·         Ability to maintain confidential information, required. 

Compensation & Benefits
