Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions. The Recruiter will be responsible for the assigned recruitment lifecycle, including identifying hiring needs, screening resumes, conducting, and scheduling interviews, and collaborating with department managers.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department managers to determine staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions and specifications.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews (phone and interview) to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with department managers and interview panels.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and keep them informed throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure all recruitment activities are accurately documented.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Degree in related field preferred but not required.
- Proven experience, 2+ years as a Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably within manufacturing. Experiences must be detailed on resume to be considered for this role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, department managers, and team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google, Outlook, Excel, and other relevant software.
