About the Job
We seek a dynamic Healthcare Recruitment Sourcer to partner with the Lead Recruiter and Director of Talent Acquisition to develop and implement talent acquisition sourcing plans to support various business functions and levels within the company. The recruiter will handle all facets of the recruiting process, including interviewing, skill assessment, candidate evaluation, applicant tracking and referrals, on-boarding, posting job ads on the company's website, social media channels, and relevant, diverse job boards to drive DEI strategy, engagement, employer branding, and culture consistent with company mission, vision, and values.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Lead Recruiter and Director of Talent Acquisition to develop staffing models that maximize utilization and profitability while maintaining employee morale and commitment.
- Interview and assess candidates' qualifications using behavioral/competency-based assessment tools; present qualified candidates to hiring managers and help them select the candidate within a prescribed timeframe.
- Work in partnership with the Compensation team to meet the Client's job description and salary recommendations request.
- Define and implement process improvements to enhance the recruiting process and develop best practices to support the changing environment effectively.
- Build talent pipelines by leveraging and identifying diverse recruitment channels inclusive of colleges and professional associations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, concentration in Human Resources, Organizational Development strongly preferred, experience instead of degree acceptable.
- 5 to 8 years of professional work experience in Human Resources, emphasis in recruitment, diversity recruitment, and consultative.
- Must have strong proficiency with "Taleo Applicant Tracking System."
- Must have strong proficiency in MS Office Suite is required (Access, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook), including Pivot Tables, V-Lookup, and Macros, reporting experience required
- Self-motivated person with excellent time management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate results.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, work across organizational boundaries to achieve shared goals, and leverage the expertise and information of others.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to express ideas in a clear, well-organized, and analytically sound manner.
