Position Overview:
Atrium partners with leading pharmaceutical clients throughout the Northeast. We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Recruiting Program Specialist who is excited to grow their career with an evolving staffing and consulting firm to support our client’s hiring initiatives! As a Recruiting Program Specialist, you will play a key part in bringing top talent into our client organization. As the recruiter, you will focus on day-to-day candidates and new hire requests and be a resource for temporary hiring across the entire North American region. This includes sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, arranging interviews across multiple locations and time zones, supporting candidate onboarding activities, and navigating various processes, tools, and technologies to enable hiring. Responsibilities of the Recruiting Program Specialist:
- Act as an Atrium Recruiter as part of an embedded client services delivery Atrium team.
- Develop strong, cross-functional Atrium and client relationships; maintain communication with managers and candidates.
- Conduct detailed intake calls with managers to determine specific soft skills and key indicators for success to ensure appropriate candidates are identified and presented for consideration.
- Partner with managers to develop and post compelling job descriptions while utilizing Atrium and client job board subscriptions.
- Operate within Atrium ATS and match qualified candidates against requisitions; ensure that a diverse panel of candidates is presented to hiring managers.
- Maintain open lines of communication with Atrium Account Managers to ensure requisitions are released to external Staffing Supplier partners within the Program in a manner that yields teamwork and outstanding service delivery.
- Coordinate interviews between managers and candidates, providing all necessary contact information and preparation materials.
- Extend offers to selected candidates and partner with the Account team to ensure onboarding is initiated and candidates execute and return signed letters of intent.
- Model the highest levels of integrity and deliver ‘white glove’ service to support clients and candidates throughout all parts of the hiring process.
- Promote program adoption, compliance, communications, onboarding, and other operations.
- Respond to manager and candidate inquiries in an efficient and timely manner.
- Proactively diagnose/resolve raised client concerns promptly, together with leadership as needed.
- Attend regular status meetings with both the internal Atrium team and the client to drive Program goals and requirements.
- Other projects and tasks as directed by your manager.
Qualifications for the Recruiting Program Specialist:
- Experience: 2+ years of progressively responsible work experience in a recruiting setting.
- Communication: can clearly explain how to complete onboarding tasks.
- Empathy: understand how difficult the recruitment/onboarding process can be step into the Associates’ shoes and show you care.
- Teacher: loves sharing insight and knowledge and is patient and thoughtful when educating.
- Goal Oriented: excited for new challenges and work hard to achieve ambitious goals.
- Growth: very receptive to feedback and use it to improve rapidly.
- Delight: constantly think about making clients/candidates happy and consistently go the extra mile.

Physical Requirements:

Education Requirements:
- Associate’s degree is required.
