Administrative Assistant
Onsite in Middletown, CT!
Internal Tasks
- Create candidate profiles and jobs in internal database with all relevant information
- Create individual job folders and edit job descriptions
- Post jobs on job boards
- Remove old jobs from the boards
- Maintain spreadsheets and send reports to managers weekly/monthly
- Update status of jobs in internal database
- Prepare right-to-represent emails
- Oversee Interview Process including confirmation
- Fill out New Hire Forms
- Format resumes to the specifications of each client and prepare for submittal:
- Complete Cover sheet to include necessary information
- Submit resumes to clients in accordance with the individual client’s specifications
- File and Save activity reports
- Answer phones
Additional Responsibilities (as time permits)
- Support recruiters by sourcing, negotiating rate, and confirming availability of candidates for active positions
- Share qualified candidates with recruiters
- Source for common positions and add those people to the app – such as .Net Developers, Java Developers, BAs, Helpdesk, etc.
- Reach out to cold consultants in the app to verify contact information and current availability
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
- Must be very proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must be highly organized and able to multi-task
- Must have a strong ability to learn quickly
