About the Job:

• Support full-cycle recruitment initiatives, campaigns, and logistics.
• Review and screen resumes, manage all internal notes, and schedule interviews.
• Support onboarding; assist with completing new hire and employment paperwork.
• Research sourcing options and track candidate activity.
• Assist with planning and participate in college fairs and other recruiting events.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.

About You:

• 2+ years of recruitment experience within a law firm is required.
• A bachelor's degree is required for this position.
• Proficiencies in MS Office products and viDesktop are required.
• Strong confidentiality, communication, and organizational skills.
• Personable with an ability to relate to others.
• Ability to work overtime, when needed.

About the Position:

• $30/hr-$35/hr while temporary
• $70k-$80k when permanent, depending on experience.
• Hybrid with 2 days/week onsite in Washington, DC.
• Office is metro accessible.
