Contract Recruiting Coordinator
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication between candidates and hiring managers.
2. Manage candidate pipelines, from initial application to onboarding, providing a positive experience for internal employees
3. Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on Workday Recruit Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to attract qualified candidates.
4. Conduct initial candidate screenings to verify fit to advertised qualifications
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
6. Support internal assessment events for employee interviews
7. Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing necessary information and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt to changing priorities.
