This position is a 3-6 month contract sitting 4 days onsite in Birmingham, AL. Must be able to start ASAP!
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and emails from store managers related to Workday-related questions and issues.
- Provide first-line support for Workday troubleshooting, including resolving errors and guiding users through system navigation.
- Document and track incoming inquiries and resolutions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and troubleshooting procedures.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials for store managers on Workday usage.
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify and address recurring issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience using Workday
- The candidate filling this role will be coming in to assist with questions coming from the field utilizing Workday. They would need to be able to understand the recruitment process in Workday to be able to answer the questions from the field.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), such as iCims, Taleo, Oracle, or Greenhouse.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with store managers and provide clear instructions.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Salary
