Recruiting Coordinator at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts and ensuring a smooth hiring process for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and schedule interviews, including phone screens, video interviews, and on-site meetings

* Manage candidate communications, including interview confirmations and follow-ups

* Assist in posting job openings across various platforms and job boards

* Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data accuracy

* Prepare offer letters and coordinate new hire paperwork

* Assist in organizing and executing recruitment events and job fairs

* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines

* Conduct initial resume screenings to identify qualified candidates

* Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

* Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and hiring progress

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

* 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or HR, preferably in a coordinator role

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize

* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

* Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude

Preferred Skills:

* Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools

* Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

* Familiarity with video interviewing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams)

* Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
