Job Title: Recruiting Assistant (5-7 years)
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid, Onsite 3 days)
Shift: M-F 8-5 pm
Type: Contract, 1 year
Pay Rate: $39.75/hour (max depending upon experience)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, primarily for Manufacturing Operations roles. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience and be familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS, with knowledge of Workday and Phenom being a plus. Previous experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Quality, or Supply Chain recruitment is preferred. This position’s focus will be mainly on recruiting and sourcing.
Must Haves:
• 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience using Boolean Searches, and Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards and niche sites etc.
• Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, and preferably Workday/Phenom.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Use social media, LinkedIn, and other tools to attract talent and promote the company brand.
• Provide insights on market trends and candidate availability.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain and optimize ATS and CRM systems.
