Recruiting Assistant requires:
• Pharma industry
• 5-7 years interview scheduling experience.
• Prior customer-facing experience
• Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint etc.)
• Familiarity with scheduling software like Workday.
• Understand and follow Good Staffing Practices.
•
Recruiting Assistant requires:
• Answer telephones and directing requests to appropriate people.
• Utilize software applications such as Workday, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail in editing and proofreading documents.
• Assist with scheduling calendars.
• Serve as back-up to other administrative and operations personnel.
• Support operations with special projects.
