KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a Recruiter w/ Navy recruiting experience (Riggers, Rigger Supervisors, Hazmat Technicians, HR Admins)
As a Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates with Navy experience. You will play a key role in identifying top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Navy culture, values, and job roles, and be able to effectively communicate these to potential candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract candidates with Navy experience
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on hiring candidates with Navy experience
- Strong understanding of Navy culture, values, and job roles
- Experience recruiting Riggers, Rigger Supervisors, Hazmat Technicians, & HR Admins
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
Compensation depends on experience but is typically $30-45/hr W2.
