Recruiting Professional
Position Overview: Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Recruiting Professional will be a key member of the Human Resources team working closely with Business Leaders on both strategic and tactical recruiting/on-boarding initiatives aligned to CR&R’s business objectives. They will have responsibility for maintaining and enhancing the organization’s recruiting/on-boarding practice by planning, implementing, and evaluating, programs and practices.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide innovative recruiting/on-boarding strategies and tactical implementations to ensure a continuous stream of exceptional candidates to support business needs.
- Support hiring managers in determining position-specific qualifications, creating job descriptions, and effectively interviewing candidates.
- Create recruiting/on-boarding metrics and maintain exceptional performance.
- Revise and implement a more candidate-centric recruitment/on-boarding processes to ensure top talent is attracted and retained.
- Establish and manage effective employer branding and an attractive social media recruiting presence.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations –Required
- Current TSI, AIRS, ASA recruiting certification - Required
- Minimum five (5) years recruiting experience - required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - preferred
