Northeast Security is looking to grow their recruiting team!

Requirements:
- Sourcing using our ATS platform to identify top talent.
- Prescreening and interviewing candidates to identify their skills, qualifications, fit for sites, and potential for growth.
- Lead the full Cycle recruitment process for every candidate to hire.
- Build relationships with Account Managers and assist with setting up interviews.
- Call Center or prior high volume recruiting experience.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with account managers and HR about candidates and hires.
- Meet Quarterly Metrics requirements.
- Self Motivated candidate Sourcing.
- Additional team and admin support as needed.
- Must be willing to commute to the office every day (Westwood, MA) with flexibility to commute to sites for certain account start ups/projects.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education level
- Experience in high volume call center, recruiting, and/or equivalent
- Marketing experience preferred
- Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screening
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required with the ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization while functioning as a team player.
- Ability to maintain patron, employee, and company confidentiality
- Professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion
- Must have computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office 365)
Salary: Up to $63,000.00 - 65,000 per year
